Growth consulting for European companies from someone who's sat on the board's side of the table
Before marketing, I spent years as a financial adviser in Australia, advising boards and CEOs: restructuring, strategic planning, tax-efficient structuring and sales strategies built to deliver growth. I now bring the same thinking to Polish and European companies that want to grow and enter foreign markets — and to companies from outside Europe entering Poland.
Brian Stitt — Australian, former financial adviser to boards and CEOs in Australia and the USA. 19 years of experience in Poland and Europe, based in Poznań.

Why me
Most consultants know one market. I live between two.
A Warsaw consultant knows Poland. A London consultant knows the West. Very few know both from the inside — and fewer still can then write the offer, the website and the campaign themselves, in both languages.
I spent years on the board's side of the table. I know what the bank, the investor and the board will ask — and how to say the same thing to a customer in Poznań and one in Sydney.
The West: Australia · USA · UK
How boards, investors and English-speaking buyers think. Which numbers they want to see, what language sells, and why “cheap” is never the argument.
Poland: Poznań · Warsaw
How business actually works here — from company forms and ZUS to decision-making in a family-owned firm. 19 years on the ground, not from a market report.
Real result · Poland · property
From 17,000 to 138,000 PLN a month
A Polish property company. Monthly revenue had fallen from 25,000 to 17,000 PLN. After restructuring and a new sales strategy: 138,000 PLN a month on 3–5-year contracts.
Figures in PLN; the company stays anonymous. Every business is different — in the free consultation you get an honest view of what's realistic for yours.
Four areas, one goal: profitable growth — at home and abroad
No reports for the drawer. Every engagement ends with a plan that has numbers, owners and deadlines.
Restructuring and turnaround
Profitability by service, product and client. Costs, processes, organisation and cash flow. A recovery plan the board can actually execute — and present to the bank.
Strategic planning
A 12–36 month strategy: business model, priorities, budget, KPIs and financial plan. Investor, bank or partner-ready — in English or Polish.
International structures and tax
How global groups are built: subsidiary or branch, holding companies, profit flows between countries. We model the scenarios for your expansion — licensed tax advisers in each country provide the formal opinion.
Sales and growth strategy
Ideal customer, offer and pricing, B2B sales process, CRM, outreach and funnel. Then marketing execution — SEO, Google Ads and AI search visibility — by the same team.
Plain rules: I build the strategy, the numbers and the action plan. Anything that needs a Polish licence — a formal tax opinion, or court restructuring proceedings — is handled together with a licensed Polish tax adviser, restructuring adviser or law firm. You get one plan and one person keeping the whole thing on track.
The marketplace has changed. Strategy and marketing can't live in two different firms any more.
The best strategy is worthless if customers can't find you. The best campaign is worthless if you're selling the wrong thing, to the wrong people, too cheaply.
So we do both: decisions at board level, execution across Google, Maps and AI search, one report.
